DB Legal offer Internal Compliance services that can either be regular or ad-hoc, and the focus can be tailored to meet the specific needs of the company and management.

Monthly review and report

Our team takes one - two days per month to visit your offices and review of all your compliance obligations and accounting reports. This includes general ledger records, CIT, PIT, social insurance, VAT invoices and Chief Accountant responsibilities.

We highlight the risks and recommends to correct.

Ad-hoc review and report

DB Legal has irregular review of all compliance obligations and accounting reports. It is useful when there are changes in personnel or predicts the mistakes and risks.

Internal management report

The internal management report can be better to reflect the nature of business' operation. It is necessary to hire the third party with international standards or approaches may provide more insightful information to management.
