The foreign investors submit their application for project site introduction at Da Nang Hi-Tech Park Management Board (DHTPMB). After that, DHTPMB will consider and if the project will meet all legal requirements, the investors can obtain the Investment Registration Certificate. Then, the investors can apply to get the Enterprise Registration Certificate. 

The investors can have the incentives relating to Corporate Income tax, lease land when they invest in Da Nang Hi-Tech Park now.
