Representative Offices – Annual Operation Report
Dear DBLegal Law Firm in Da Nang, Viet Nam. I am the Head Of Representative Offices in Da Nang, Viet Nam. I would like to know about the Operation Report of Representative Offices. Please kindly advice. Thanks.

According to Decree 07/2016/ND-CP dated 25 January 2016, an RO is required to submit an annual operation report on its activities to the local Department of Industry and Trade no later than 31 January of the following year.
