This flagship project aims to develop a landmark Centralized Information Technology (IT) Park, integrating a comprehensive tech ecosystem with premium R&D, operational, and residential facilities.

Objectives & Scale	• Establishment of a comprehensive, state-of-the-art Centralized IT Park. • Functional zoning includes: Research and Development (R&D) hubs, Data Centers, software manufacturing facilities, commercial tech offices, and dedicated expert residential zones. • Total planned area: 172,980 m² (~17.2 hectares).
Land Status & Site Clearance	• Clean land (fully cleared and remediated). • Ready for immediate handover and technical infrastructure integration.
Zoning & Regulatory Alignment	Fully compliant with the master plan approved under Decision No. 1337/QD-UBND dated June 27, 2024, issued by the Da Nang People's Committee.
Form of Investment	100% Investor-funded capital (Private Equity / Foreign Direct Investment - FDI).
