The Minister of Education and Training has recently promulgated Circular No. 65/2026/TT-BGDĐT stipulating the conditions, processes, procedures, and authority regarding the recognition of diplomas and degrees issued by foreign educational institutions for use in Vietnam. The Circular takes effect on September 26, 2026.

On July 31, 2026, the State Bank of Vietnam issued Circular No. 38/2026/TT-NHNN ("Circular 38") guiding foreign exchange management regarding foreign investment activities in Vietnam.
