Circular No. 38/2026/TT-NHNN of the State Bank, providing regulations on foreign exchange management for foreign investment activities in Vietnam, consists of 20 articles, was issued on July 31, 2026, and took effect on August 18, 2026.
Circular No. 06/2019/TT-NHNN guiding the foreign exchange management for foreign direct investment activities in Vietnam shall cease to be effective as of the effective date of this Circular.
