Law No. 106/2025/QH15 of the National Assembly: Law on Civil Judgment Enforcement in Vietnam
On December 5, 2025, the National Assembly passed the Law on Civil Judgment Enforcement No. 106/2025/QH15, taking effect on July 1, 2026.
The Law governs the principles, order, and procedures for executing judgments and decisions of courts and other competent authorities. It also regulates the organization and operation of the civil judgment enforcement system, the rights and obligations of related parties, and the responsibilities of agencies, organizations, and individuals during the enforcement process.
The 2025 Law on Civil Judgment Enforcement comprises 5 chapters and 116 articles.
The 2025 Law on Civil Judgment Enforcement takes effect from July 1, 2026.
