Re-issuance of work permit in Da Nang
Dear DBLegal Law Firm in Da Nang, Viet Nam. May I ask about the cases that the work permit is reissued. Please kindly advise. Thanks.
Answer:
There are two cases that the work permits in Da Nang are reissued
1. The unexpired work permit is lost, damaged or the contents stated in the issued work permit are changed.
2. The work permit is still valid from 05 to 45 days.
