Amendments of Law On Entry, Exit, Transit and Residence of Foreigners in Viet Nam from July 01 2020
Some expats would like to live in Viet Nam for a long term because of a good standard of living, low cost and be the best in controlling covid 2019. This create the good environment for them and their family to live permanently in Viet Nam.
To live for a long-term period in Viet Nam, expats should know some regulations and laws relating immigration for foreigners. In this article, I will summary some kinds of Visas which have the duration from 12 months and more (according the Law No. 51/2019/QH14 being take effect from July 1 2020).

When the visa is expired, expats can submit for reissuance the new visa. It is recommended to submit before 5-7 working days before expiring.
