How to Apply for a 10-Year Golden Visa in Da Nang for Investors?

I. Criteria for identifying foreigners eligible for preferential treatment in granting visas, temporary residence cards, and permanent residence settlement

1. Strategic investors: Foreigners who are strategic investors are identified according to the criteria determined by the Operating Authority of the International Financial Center.

2. Foreigners who are managers, senior managers, experts, and high-skilled workers.

3. Foreigners who are scientists or individuals with special talents.

Foreigners who are important investors, experts, managers, or high-skilled workers working for agencies or organizations headquartered at the International Financial Center meeting the prescribed criteria shall be granted a visa or temporary residence card with the symbol UĐ1 for a term of no more than 10 years at the request of the Operating Authority. Foreigners who are spouses or children under 18 years old of the foreigners specified in Clause 1 of this Article shall be granted a visa or temporary residence card with the symbol UĐ2 at the request of the Operating Authority with a term suitable to the term of the UĐ1 visa or temporary residence card granted to their foreign relatives.

II. Visa issuance procedures

1. Document preparation:

a) A certified copy of the license or decision of the competent authority on the establishment of the organization;

b) A document introducing the seal and signature of the authorized person of the organization.

c) Visa application form;

d) Documents proving eligibility as a strategic investor, expert, manager, or high-skilled worker working at the International Financial Center;

e) Foreigner's passport;

f) Confirmation of temporary residence of the foreigner living in Da Nang;

g) Other relevant documents.

2. Place of submission for visa application:

The company submit dossiers on the public service portal of the Ministry of Public Security here.

After the dossier is approved, the business brings the original documents to the Immigration Management Division - Da Nang City Police: 78 Le Loi, Hai Chau Ward, Da Nang City to submit the dossier.

3. Processing time:

Within 03 working days from the date of receipt of the written request for visa issuance, the immigration management agency shall consider, settle, and respond to the inviting or guaranteeing agency, organization, or individual and notify the competent visa-granting authority of Vietnam abroad.

4. After receiving the written response from the immigration management agency, the agency, organization, or individual inviting or guaranteeing the foreigner to Vietnam shall notify the foreigner to perform procedures to receive the visa at the competent visa-granting authority of Vietnam abroad.

III. Temporary residence card issuance procedures

1. Dossier for temporary residence card application includes:

a) A written request from the agency, organization, or individual performing the invitation or guarantee procedures;

b) A declaration form for issuance of a temporary residence card with a photo attached;

c) Passport;

d) Documents proving that the case falls under the provisions of Article 36 of the Law on Entry, Exit, Transit, and Residence of Foreigners in Vietnam.

2. Place of submission for visa application:
