Positioned along a key urban traffic axis, this landmark project is designed to become the core engine for the city's digital transformation and entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Location	Land lots marked A2-1, A2-3... along Nam Ky Khoi Nghia Street, Da Nang City, Vietnam.
Objectives & Scale	• Development of an integrated complex for innovation, tech R&D, and international startup incubators. • Deployment of high-speed internet infrastructure and state-of-the-art data storage centers (Data Centers). • Total planned area: 46,366 m².
Land Status & Site Clearance	• Clean land (fully cleared and remediated). • Available for immediate handover and technical infrastructure integration.
Zoning & Regulatory Alignment	Fully compliant with the Innovation Zoning Plan (1/2000 scale) approved under Decision No. 1687/QD-UBND issued by the Da Nang People's Committee.
Form of Investment	100% Investor-funded capital (Private Equity / Foreign Direct Investment - FDI).
