The People's Committee of Da Nang City is officially inviting strategic international and domestic investors to apply for the Da Nang Innovation Space Project located in Hoa Xuan Ward. This flagship project aims to develop a landmark Centralized Information Technology (IT) Park, integrating a comprehensive tech ecosystem with premium R&D, operational, and residential facilities.

Objectives & Scale	• Establishment of a comprehensive, state-of-the-art Centralized IT Park. • Functional zoning includes: Research and Development (R&D) hubs, Data Centers, software manufacturing facilities, commercial tech offices, and dedicated expert residential zones. • Total planned area: 172,980 m² (~17.2 hectares).
Land Status & Site Clearance	• Clean land (fully cleared and remediated). • Ready for immediate handover and technical infrastructure integration.
Zoning & Regulatory Alignment	Fully compliant with the master plan approved under Decision No. 1337/QD-UBND dated June 27, 2024, issued by the Da Nang People's Committee.
Form of Investment	100% Investor-funded capital (Private Equity / Foreign Direct Investment - FDI).
