The People's Committee of Da Nang City is officially inviting capable domestic and foreign investors to apply for the Data Center Project located within the Da Nang Hi-Tech Park (DHTP). This pivotal digital infrastructure project is designed to anchor the high-tech ecosystem of Central Vietnam.

Location	Da Nang Hi-Tech Park (DHTP), Da Nang City, Vietnam.
Objectives & Scale	• Construction and operation of a world-class Data Center facility. • Required investment density: USD 10 - 15 million per hectare.
Land Status & Site Clearance	• Clean land (fully cleared and integrated within the high-tech park zone). • Ready for immediate handover and infrastructure integration.
Zoning & Regulatory Alignment	Compliant with the strategic development orientations stipulated under Notice No. 750-TB/TU dated March 21, 2025, issued by the Standing Committee of the Da Nang Municipal Party Committee.
Form of Investment	100% Investor-funded capital (Private Equity / FDI).
