This initiative aims to establish a robust high-tech marine supply chain, driving the region's premium maritime economy.

Location	Da Nang Hi-Tech Park (DHTP), Da Nang City, Vietnam.
Objectives & Scale	• Establishment of precision engineering and manufacturing facilities dedicated to yacht components, spare parts, and marine equipment. • Required investment density: USD 10 - 15 million per hectare.
Land Status & Site Clearance	• Clean land (fully cleared and integrated within the high-tech functional zones). • Available for immediate lease and technical infrastructure integration.
Zoning & Regulatory Alignment	Fully aligned with Decision No. 952/QD-UBND issued by the Da Nang People's Committee, approving the Master Plan for the Development of the Yacht Industry in Da Nang City.
Form of Investment	100% Investor-funded capital (Private Equity / Foreign Direct Investment - FDI).
