This project targets the high-tech segments of the maritime sector to position Da Nang as a key hub in the global luxury marine supply chain.

Location	Da Nang Hi-Tech Park (DHTP), Da Nang City, Vietnam.
Objectives & Scale	• Establishment of advanced manufacturing and assembly facilities for marine electronics, navigation systems, control units, and specialized yacht components. • Required investment density: USD 10 - 15 million per hectare.
Land Status & Site Clearance	• Clean land (fully cleared, situated within the designated high-tech functional zones). • Ready for immediate lease, development, and technical utility connection.
Zoning & Regulatory Alignment	Fully compliant with the strategic development orientations stipulated under Decision No. 952/QD-UBND issued by the Da Nang People's Committee, approving the Master Plan for the Development of the Yacht Industry in Da Nang City.
Form of Investment	100% Investor-funded capital (Private Equity / Foreign Direct Investment - FDI).
