On June 9, 2026, the Ministry of Public Security issued Circular No. 87/2026/TT-BCA regulating the procedures for declaring and receiving temporary residence information of foreigners in Vietnam.
The Circular consists of 3 chapters and 12 articles, taking effect on July 24, 2026.
