To ensure national defense and security, Vietnamese law has some restrictions on foreigners buying houses/Apartments in Vietnam, but foreigners can buy houses/Apartments under certain conditions. I. Legal basis

1. Official Dispatch No. 992/SXD-QLN, dated January 30, 2019, of the Department of Construction of Da Nang City on the announcement of commercial housing projects that allow and do not allow foreign organizations and individuals to have the right to own (Phase 1);

2. Official Dispatch No. 3154/SXD-QLN dated May 10, 2021, of the Department of Construction of Da Nang City on the announcement of commercial housing projects allowing foreign organizations and individuals to own (Phase 2);

3. Official Dispatch No. 8734/SXD-QLN of the Department of Construction of Da Nang City on the announcement of commercial housing projects allowing foreign organizations and individuals to own (Phase 3).
