LIST OF REGIONAL PEOPLE'S COURTS IN HUE CITY (UPDATED 2025)

I. Legal Basis

The information in this article is consolidated based on the following legal documents:

• Resolution No. 81/2025/UBTVQH15 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly regarding the establishment of Provincial People's Courts and Regional People's Courts; defining the territorial jurisdiction (Issued on June 1, 2025, effective from July 1, 2025).

• Decision No. 114/QD-TANDTC of the Supreme People's Court regarding the announcement of the headquarters locations of Provincial People's Courts and Regional People's Courts.

II. Detailed List of Regional Courts in Hue City

According to the new regulations, the court system in Hue City comprises 01 Hue City People's Court and 04 Regional People's Courts. Details are as follows:

1. Hue City People's Court

• Headquarters Address: No. 11 Ton Duc Thang, Thuan Hoa Ward, Hue City.

2. Regional People's Court No. 1 - Hue

• Territorial Jurisdiction: Covers 11 commune-level administrative units, including: Thuan An, My Thuong, Vy Da, Thuan Hoa, An Cuu, Thuy Xuan, Phu Vinh, Phu Ho, Phu Vang, Duong No, Thanh Thuy.

• Succession: Inherits the rights, obligations, and procedural responsibilities of the former District-level People's Courts of Phu Vang and Thuan Hoa.

• Headquarters Address: No. 60 Nguyen Hue, Thuan Hoa Ward, Hue City.

3. Regional People's Court No. 2 - Hue

• Territorial Jurisdiction: Covers 07 commune-level administrative units, including: Hoa Chau, Kim Long, Huong An, Phu Xuan, Phong Quang, Dan Dien, Quang Dien.

• Succession: Inherits the rights, obligations, and procedural responsibilities of the former District-level People's Courts of Quang Dien and Phu Xuan.

• Headquarters Address: No. 394 Dinh Tien Hoang, Phu Xuan Ward, Hue City.

4. Regional People's Court No. 3 - Hue

• Territorial Jurisdiction: Covers 12 commune-level administrative units, including: Huong Tra, Kim Tra, Phong Dien, Phong Thai, Phong Dinh, Phong Phu, Binh Dien, A Luoi 1, A Luoi 2, A Luoi 3, A Luoi 4, A Luoi 5.

• Succession: Inherits the rights, obligations, and procedural responsibilities of the former District-level People's Courts of A Luoi, Huong Tra, and Phong Dien.

• Headquarters Address: No. 5 Doc Lap, Tu Ha Ward, Hue City.

5. Regional People's Court No. 4 - Hue

• Territorial Jurisdiction: Covers 10 commune-level administrative units, including: Huong Thuy, Phu Bai, Vinh Loc, Hung Loc, Loc An, Phu Loc, Chan May Lang Co, Long Quang, Nam Dong, Khe Tre.

• Succession: Inherits the rights, obligations, and procedural responsibilities of the former District-level People's Courts of Huong Thuy and Phu Loc.

• Headquarters Address: No. 56 Ly Thanh Tong, Phu Loc Ward, Hue City.

III. Conclusion

The transition to the Regional Court model under Resolution 81/2025/UBTVQH15 marks a turning point in judicial reform. Citizens should carefully note the territorial scope (the ward/commune of residence or where the dispute occurred) to identify the correct Regional Court (1, 2, 3, or 4) when conducting legal procedures.
