On 30 September 2017, the government issued Decree No. 163/2017/ND-CP (Decree 163) on provision of logistic services replacing Decree No. 140/2007/ND-CP. Decree 163 takes effect on 20 February 2018 and provides new regulations on logistics service, notably:

The Ministry of Planning and Investment signed Circular No. 02/2017 / TT-BKHTT on April 18, 2017 guiding the coordination mechanism of investment registration and enterprise registration procedures for foreign investors in Vietnam. The circular includes 12 articles and one appendix and will take effect from 15/06/2017.

On 04 January 2018, the government of Vietnam issued Decree No.04/2018/ND-CP on incentive regulations and policies for Danang Hi-Tech Park.
